Quarillis

The southern most continent of Laeriss. It is covered in a massive "ocean" which was originally just a massive salt lake before the split. Pirates sail across the great open lake. The name of the lake is The Carili Sea.

Geography

Large beaches and much like the bordering Noragdus it is very humid and tropical to the west. Large rock formations and cliffs were created when before the great sea dams were created and the water vastly lowered. The majority of the continent is covered in the massive salt lake.

Fauna & Flora

The The Carili Sea is filled with kelp and plants, the cliffs nearing the lake are covered in barnacles, coral and many other plants. The beaches have tall trees which create a canopy of leaves, roots cover the ground underneath the hot canopy where tropical fruit can be found. The water is full of millions of fish and small crustaceans.

Natural Resources

Most of the exports of Quarillis are fish found in the deep waters of The Carili Sea, fruit from the canopy's are also sold all across Laeriss, the exotic and colorful shells and rocks found in the waters are crafted into lovely souvenirs to be sold and many rich people pay to sail on the open salt lake.
