Shaven

A small fishing port on the the west coast of Sernas. It has a good market for fish, and some crafts made of whale bone. The town has little in the way of defenses, and is often attacked by raiders because of that. The lord of the town has increased taxes to help pay for improvements, but there is little to be taxed at this point.
