The Baron of Joim. he is a fierce, independent leader, who knows his people barely survive the harsh winter conditions that are found in his lands.
He does not look to expand, or even to grow wealthy, but he seeks how to make Joim more hospitable to his people. Recently, he has hired several dwarven miners to explore the possibility of creating an underground town.
