Phax

The capital of Twarats located on the Felkeh River just before it flows into the Snake Sea.
Over the past several years, the Baron of Twarats has been building a navy to help protect his expanding merchant fleet.  The naval forces are based here in Phax, but they also have smaller posts in Wroggal and Hobrin.
