Kelmoor the Shipwright

Ysbin Kelmoor the Shipwright's shop manufactures and repairs small boats. The shop is constantly in the process of fixing or building several vessels at once, and employees 20 men and women in the business, several of them Kelmoor's family members. Kelmoor's is well known for the hard work they put into their craft, often starting before dawn and working well past nightfall year round.
There is a waiting list for new boats of about one year, and getting in for a repair can often take a few days to several weeks. Kelmoor's always prioritizes working boats over pleasure craft when it comes to doing repairs, and that has irritated some of the nobles over the years.
