Caves of the Black Wind

A legendary location that may hold an entrance to the Lower Lands. It is rumored to be guarded by an ancient Black Dragon. Several people have claimed to have found the caves, but they have not been able to lead anyone back to the location.  Some sages believe that the cave entrance may actually change location, perhaps through some magic that the Black Dragon guardian possesses.
