Brother/Sister of the Stone

The Brotherhood of the Stone is not a well known organization. For many years, they have been quietly working to make Kyrn a safer place for all you value peace and freedom from fear. To become a member of this organization is not easy. You must be invited into its ranks by showing merit, and then pass a difficult initiation rite. But once accepted as a Brother or Sister of the Stone, you stand with comrades who have proven themselves to be heroes of the Middle Lands.
Once named a Brother or Sister, the hero continues serving the people for Kyrn by finding and defeating the monsters that have plagued the lands for ages. Whether that monster is a dragon, or just a farmer who has given their heart to evil, a Brother/Sister will not stop until that evil is no longer a threat to the good peoples of Kyrn.
Not much goes along with the title, although Brothers and Sisters can call on their organization for assistance when a particullary nasty beast is at hand. But for those who know of the Brotherhood and the quiet work they do to keep the land peaceful, their is never enough one can do for these heroes. Not ones to announce their prescence, or seek reward for what they have swor an oath to do, the Brothers and Sisters, still accept the thanks and gratitude of those whose lives they serve to protect. In a particullary dangerous location, a Brother may settle down and stay for a while and their reputation may grow, and people may find out about who they are and what they serve, but as soon as the last evil is removed, they will pack up and move on to the next location that cries for help.
