Centaur
"If a dwarf's home is under the stone, then a centaur's home is over the plains. Seeing as they are swift, keen, and deft with their spears, it's best we be considerate neighbors."
It's rare to encounter any centaurs living in the tightly walled cities of humanoid societies. Even if you spot a band in the wilderness, you won't see them there for long because they are always on the move, rarely staying. They migrate together across vast distances on the Kyrian supercontinent, along ancient paths so long that one centaur might not live to ever see the same place again. Each band has their own ancestral route, but they all eventually meet back at the same place in Yaslon . If everyone has stayed on schedule, then they will also reunite at the same time.
With somewhere they always need to be, those that can't keep up the pace have to be left behind. When possible, they are left in the care of the druid circles, with whom the centaurs have good relations. Others may choose to live out the rest of their lives among the humanoids, where they might find jobs pulling carts or plows. They usually prefer to work on open farms because the cities are a bit claustrophobic.

Social Structure
Centaur bands are egalitarian. Although individuals may be known for their reliability, strength, speed, or trustworthy judgement, resources are shared equally. Those who put themselves before the group often face harsh shunning for their deeds, to the point of being exiled.

Culture and Cultural Heritage
Each centaur band has an ancient migration route that takes them to important locations like hot springs, caves, or sites where rare medicinal plants grow. At each, the band will stop and rest for a week or two. Following this ancient path is a key part of the religious traditions of the Way Through Teho.
Centaur myths and legends are deeply ingrained into the culture because they double as pneumonic devices to remember a path longer than most centaur's lives will take them through. Unique landmarks have memorable origin stories to them paired with a reminder of the next direction to go and when.
