Seraf

Agents of The Heavenly Beasts themselves, a shard of the Shijin power lays within these mythical beings.
These giant creatures are said to be sent by the Heavenly Beasts as a means of divine intervention, however these creatures are so powerful they tend to stick around the Island of Ravnica for a while before returning to their home in the Heavens.
Seraf fade slowly, and as such some have gone dormant and became part of the landscape over time.
A limited amount of Seraf is known to exist on Ravnica at any one time, but no one knows exactly how many are currently present. Most agree that no new Seraf have arrived on Ravnica since the Cross Wars .
