Indlovu killed Kunri Nikhil, and Hell was formed, with him as it's ruler

When a devout worshiper of Nikhil, a Kunri, lost their child, they begged him to revive her, to take him back from the ferrymen. The man would not accept that death had taken his child. Enraged, he forced a blade into Nikhil’s heart, and cursed him. Then he set Nikhil’s temple ablaze, with the two of them inside it. No one had ever seen an Atva or Kunri hurt before, not even knowing it was possible. The man, once complete, but now mad with torment, bloodlust, and punishment, heard the cracking of glass beneath his feet, and two of them fell through The Glass, into a place beyond creation. Responding to his madness, and the power of Nikhil’s blood, The Glass repaired itself abnormally, and created the first ever Demiplane. Thus Indlovu became ruler of a new land, made to punish the dead. He saw his kingdom, and named it Hell
