The capital of Prochor and the main city in the most powerful Prochoran feudal state.
Demographics
The lord and his family live here, along with the third-largest collection of serfs in the country. A few of the sub-lords live here as well, and the city is frequented by many, diverse visitors.

This city is a prime target for any lord wishing to become the most powerful. The entirety of the country is protected by a small navy. The lord who presides over this city has access to defense satellites and has deployed many. A large army is permanently stationed in the city.
Infrastructure
The city boasts the world's second largest fusion generator (the largest meant to power a city). The large surplus of power led to practically free electricity; the only payment a citizen must make is to the construction workers who wire their house to the grid.
Geography
The city spans a large valley. The valley is surrounded by hills, and troops are typically stationed atop them.
