History
In 265, following the collapse of Lammetria, there emerged Thyzanti. The new kingdom upheld Lammetrian values, but sought not to sell its own people as mercenaries, and instead utilized them as an efficient and highly organized invasion force. By 400 AR Thyzanti fully annexed the resilient warrior nation of Challia, the former rival to Lammetria. Afterwards, for 300 years, Thyzanti existed as a buffer state between Morosia and Mako. Numerous invasions were launched into Morosia in revenge for the fall of Lameta and ancient Lammetria, but none came to fruition. Each war against Morosia ended in failure and resulted in Thyzanti paying out reparations. Still, Thyzanti's status as a buffer between Mako and Morosia ensured its own survival. A stable state like Thyzanti was useful for Mako and Morosia who had no wishes to further border each other - for each great empire feared and respected the other. Thyzanti would have its moment in the 700s AR, at the expense of both Makan and Morosian empires. Throughout the century, Thyzanti launched forth to reclaim culturally Lammetrian lands, and still has yet to regain the ancient capital of Lameta. The Thyzanti Empire at its height in 950 AR
