The Omyhx Dragon

The tale of the ancient green dragon named 'Omyhx', is name giving to the omyhx thicket and believed to be the responsible for forrests all over the nefadric empire becomeing damned forrests, because of the dying curse he uttered one and a half milenia when he was slayen by Sinnar, the tyrant, ancient red dragon of Ubos.

Summary

Once upon a time, Omyhx the adult green dragon, out of dire desperation after an encrouching kingdom drove him out of his previous lair, invaded ubos, which back in the day was the territory of Sinnar, the great ancient red dragon. After a few skirmishes, that decidedly went in the favor of Sinnar, over the ubodian territory, Omyhx could just about escape the fourrious Sinnar and hide within the forrest that later has come to be known as the omyhx thicket. Gravely wounded, Omyhx hid in the forrest and licked his wounds, while Sinnar circled over the forrest, unable to spott the intruding dragon. He himself was wounded, not as badly as Omyhx, but nevertheless wounded. The rage over his violated territory that boiled his blood kept him in the air, hours without end. As the sunset Sinnar was convincied that the intruder had succumbed to his wounds and set out to return to his lair, as he dropped his guard Omyhx leapt of the ground and ambushed Sinnar and mortaly wounded him in a single devastating strike. As the two wounded dragons plummeted towards in a final scramble, Sinnar tore off a wing of Omyhx, dooming him to death aswell. As Sinnar crashed and drowned in a local river, Omyhx, succumbing to his wounds and bleeding out in the forrest where hid just a few minuites ago, cursed the lands with his last breaths, creating the damned forrests, that to this day plauge the nefadric empire.
