Bridon

Bridon is an major island of the Greater Shell Archipelago, located central in the Sheware Sea. It has been colonized by the Nefadric Empire in 1495 AR, soon after a colony on it's neighbor island Jodon was established.

Geography

Bridon has long beaches and thick jungle. On it's west side the island has hills that make it unsuitable for a costal settelment. However the ... river has it's spring in these hills and provides fresh water and easy means of transportation accross the island. While winding through the hills the river features a waterfall, which is a sacred site for the native tortles.

Natural Resources

Bridon has plenty of tropical hardwood and large deposits of gold. Due to the fertile soil, enriched by vulcanic activity and tropical climate, Bridon has excellent conditions for farming a varriety of crops, such as spices, that are generally considered exotic within the Nefadric Empire.
