The White Circle

The White Circle, or Dhavra Dolu in High Speak (the local version of Old Tongue), is a small nation in northwestern Thovan. It is an alliance of The Pale Queen's various servants. As the Pale Queen has not been seen in centuries or millennia (or is entirely fictitious), the White Circle is governed by the Conclave, a parliament of representatives who meet in the Citadel. This council runs the nation in their sovereign's absence.

Territories

The White Circle directly controls Vron Şastev, the Telmoor, and the White Woods. The Korat of Morgham and the Etai Confederacy are vassal states.

Military

The White Circle maintains a sizable navy to protect against incursions from the radiant kingdoms. It maintains a standing army of war wolves, blood mages, and elven cavalry to guard against invasion by Katşaska or the Legion.

Religion

The Pale Queen is considered the ruler of the White Circle, and also the creator of Koru. As a result, she is the nation's principle deity, although other deities are sporadically worshiped as well.

Trade & Transport

The White Circle has limited relations with other peoples. They primarily trade with other Kåra, who are technically vassal states. Their only truly external trade partner is Kodesos. Ships from the Imperium come to Tarn, the White Circle's surviving port (Whitewall having been destroyed by Katşaska) where they trade goods from abroad for weapons from Morgham and other goods.
