In 1301 LE, the Tous Artus Somvembum Ataricius, having considered the conquest of Dacciia, traveled to Calpi and swore fealty to R̂oldavus Ubar̂ebus in return for being allowed to rule Dolobeiia as a satrap, with his descendants after him. Ubar̂ebus assented, and the sovereign sub-state of Dolobeiia was formed within the Calpian Empire.
