Tous
A Tous is a hereditary male sovereign ruler of a region. In some cases they are fully sovereign, in others they owe fealty to another sovereign, but are sovereign outside of certain obligations related to their fealty.
Requirements
Must be a male of direct descent from a previous Tous, following patrilineal primogeniture.
