Bloodless, the Men of Metal and Machine

Origin of Creation

It is unknown exactly where the Bloodless came from, however, it is often assumed that the Bloodless are creations of The Dov, specifically a work done at the hands of Archimedes, the Hand of Moradin, a well known and respected inventor from the Age of Betrayal. The Bloodless are highly varied in their appearances and aesthetic. Some bloodless are huge and heavily armored while others are light and fast. They also greatly vary in color, metal used to forge them, and stylistic design.

No one knows for certain what the intent or purpose behind the Bloodless is, but they seem to be looking for something. It is often noted that they are discovered looking through ancient places, seeking either something or some information. It is for this purpose that they are often mistaken as "monsters" by society. They are not frequently accepted into natural society and have, at times, been attacked for no particular reason other than startling a jumpy adventurer. Regardless, Bloodless do not, often, start fights, instead taking a neutral stance to most confrontation until threatened.

The Seekers

Bloodless are often referred to as "The Seekers." This, however, is a misnomer as the Seekers are actually an organization within the Bloodless themselves. The Seekers pursue one singular goal, to find the "Father" of the Bloodless. They also pursue an understanding of their purpose and function. Many Bloodless hold information and clues, strange memories that are not entirely their own but, when pieced together, point towards some greater clue or idea. The Seekers are meek organization, though they are entirely united in their full purpose and function.
