Calypso
Symbol of the fox on her tongue. Calypso is a 22 year old arctic fox, who had an extremely rough childhood. She was very introverted and had a tendency to do weird things and look goofy, which she carried with her for the rest of her life. When she was a pup her town was raided by a team of "rogue" soldiers. Her parents were the first to die. Calypso and her siblings were then tortured and abused. Most of them hadn't made it past the first round of abuse. In the end, Calypso was the only one left. Having watched her family get tortured, abused, and die in front of her, she developed a disconnection from the people around her. The raiders would continue to torture and abuse her. As the years went on, she learned how to hide her emotions. Eventually, she let go of all emotion, not having anyone who truly cared about her. The raiders began training her in the use of a bow and other long range weaponry. At the age of 18, under the cover of night, she killed the entire team of raiders. She then set out, bow in hand, to find her place in society. with no money for food or a place to stay, she found herself scavenging for food and anything else she could sell for money. One such search landed her in a destroyed government building. Upon entering the building she was attacked by a team of soldiers. Now running for her life, huge bullet wound on her side, she stumbled into a cave and fell down a huge hole. After regaining consciousness, she found herself face to face with our band of soon to be heroes.
