Body Features
Evette has two forms she is scene with, the most common one is her child form, which is the form she takes on in Dream Kotter, which mirrors how she looked when she was 7 years old. There she appears as a young dark skinned girl with long, navy blue hair that form perfect little curls and tied up in ribbons.
She as violet eyes with small gold flecks in them like stars, and her marking appear like blue crescent moons under her eyes and small stars on her face, shoulders and hands like stars.
Her true form shows her much older, at her real age of 37. She is taller and has a more matured face and body, but still has her hair in the same style it was before, like messier and matted, like bedhead. Her eyes now have bags under them and she is frail and malnourished looking with her cheeks sunken in.
Apparel & Accessories
In her child from, she is dressed in a doll-like lolita style dress of dark indigo's and blacks, covered in frills and ribbons. She still wears this dress in her adult form, even though in the dream world it changed size to match her adult proportions, it is tattered and worn down from age.
Special Abilities
Evette has a gift that allows her to put people to sleep and control their dreams. This is different than the general dream walking ability most of the province has.Mental characteristics
Personal history
Evette was once a young girl living in Kotter with her father, who was the mayor of the town. She was a Suplum born with a Gift that allowed her to control the sleep and dreams of others, but this came with a price. She suffered with uncontrollable narcolepsy and would sleep many of her days away with out realizing. Because of this, she lacked friends and missed out on fun activities and opportunities.
She started spending her time people watching alone during her waking hours, and eavesdrop on gossip. She learn quickly how often drama and hardship plagued the lives of the people in the town and it sent her into a deep despair. She longed for companionship and to help the woes of people whose lives were filled with turmoil and sorrow.
So one day, she used her gift to put the entire town into a deep, unwakeable slumber and created Dream Kotter, where everyone could live perfect version of their lives, and where there was no place for sadness or anger. She has held the town in this sleep for nearly 30 years, still a child in her dreams, but aging in real life.
Education
Because of her medical condition, Evette was home schooled by a tutor that would come to the house and teacher her, however she found studying boring and would often become distracted with day dreaming and her imagination.
Morality & Philosophy
Evette believes what she is doing is for the good of everyone in town, since everyone is happy, and she doesn't care about the morality of trapping everyone in a dream to do so.

Likes & Dislikes
Evette has the mind of a little girl and enjoys the typical assortment of dolls and toys, cute animals, sweets, and dresses that a young girl her age would be interested in. Her favorite colors are pink and purple and these can be seen all over her castle in Dream Kotter.
Like any child she can be fussy and dislike very arbitrary things, like certain colors or animals, or her least favorite food. But in particular she can be set off by not getting her way, or someone messing up her dream world.
Personality & Mentality
Despite her physical age, Evette has not matured past the age of 7, and still acts very much like a child. She can be selfish and attention seeking, and often throws tantrums when she doesn't get her way. Despite this, she seems to have a level of intelligence not typically seen in children her age, and also seems to have some idea of how much time has passed, but is in denial of it. She has an uncanny ability to read the memories and desires of people who fall into into Dream Kotter and fulfill their deepest wants and desires. However these are only ever surface level desires like fortune, fame, family, or romance. For those whose wants are more nuanced, it's harder for her to keep a hold of them, and thats when problems start.Social
Mannerisms
Evette is a very polite and quiet young girl. She does not act out or act rambunctious and instead says very calm and sweet. At times her mannerisms can seem almost too calm and knowing, to an uncanny and rather creepy extent.
