Even the smallest Dwarven settlement has an entrance hall. Why, you ask? Well, its simple, serves the same purpose as a wall would in an above ground settlement. A magical wall with animated statues, sure, but a wall nonetheless.

Execution

First a New Mine is located, either by chance or by divine will.
Next a door is Carved and Blessed, That a new home may be entered.
Finally an Entrance Hall, so that all who come may know our history,
