Farncola Forest is a large expanse of trees located in the northern reaches of Nevalon Kingdom. The forest is consistently covered in a mist made of fine ice crystals. These bits of ice stick to whatever they touch, making traversing the forest a dangerous task.

A relatively common mythological association with Farncola is the Land of the Dead. Legend states that the entrance to the Afterlife is at the heart of Farncola Forest. No person who has tried to make it there, though, has come back alive. Whether or not that means they achieved their goal is up for debate.
