General Physical Condition

Cael does not often show their physical earthly form instead communicating through Altars where they only leave a piece of themselves and projects their voice. Those rare moments they present themselves they are describe as an ancient roman statue with floating rings around their light hovering form.

Special abilities

As a Monarch Cael has the ability to make bonds with other in the form of vows. The other party vows something that only they can give, like truthfulness, unyielding obedience or vow off an emotion for the Monarch to monopolize. In exchange the Monarch gives weapons and abilities, the physical manifestations of words uttered by the Monarch, that then has the power to effect fae creatures. Cael also becomes more sensitive to their bonds over time, meaning they can read the mood and sense the location of Knights who have been with them for a few years. This also leading to Cael picking out their subjects at a young age.
In addition to this Cael has the ability to leave pieces of themselves in areas to project their consciousness to communicate and serve as gateways for Cael, all of this possible through their word of power: sky.
