Kingdom of Jua
Jua is a thriving desert kingodm. This is a collection of cities, towns, and villages that all make up the first city of this world. The world of Jua. Named after the Greater Diety of the sun - Jua was the first town created and is where the first temple and priest emerged to the Greater Dieties. The lesser dieties came from these desert sands. Crossing them proves to be easier said than done, but not at all difficult.
There are rumors of the illusive SAND DRAGON, the Sand Worms, Buzzards, Mirages, Desert Goblins, and other prey that looks to rob and eat travelers in the desert.
There are many desert tribes that live under tribal law according and Jua guards only intervene when called upon by the tribal elders to resolve matters. Any wars or disputes among tribes is often handled among tribes.

Defences
The town does have a small guard pressences. Matters of court are carried out by a public hearing and a public vote. It is the order of the Kisisi that every citizen get a say in what is done in Jua city limits. The tribal lands conduct their own laws.
Industry & Trade
The desert sands are rich in Copper, Iron, Brass, and Tin.
The desert tribes get around using SAND BOATS, that look like the New Orealens Air Boats. These boats are extremely fast, when they work, but lack of technology in the desert means most of these boats are do not work. They cannot outrun a Sand Warms, sinkholes, or even fast moving sandstorms but they are get for getting away from bandits, unless they have their own Sand Boat.
Monty's boats look like they need work. These boats hover off the ground and move with the wind. They can be propelled. All of Monty's boats have small dings and cracks in them. Monty will not let you inspect his boats. You aren't an inspector, so you can kindly fuck off!

Lucious'
Lucious is a half-orc with an eyepatch who's seen some stuff. He has good spirits. But he hates Monty. Monty drives his buisness into the ground. Lucious' shop looks like a proper shop. Depending on the size of the boat that will determine cost:
Small -- (built for short distance travel 1 - 2days) 10gp/per day -- fits 5 compfortably. If damaged the boat will cost you 100gp.
Sail Boat -- (built for distance 3 - 5 day travel. Speed depends on the winds). 25gp. Avg. Speed 2/hex per day (slow pace). Fits 8 comfortbaly. Only 2 cabins.
Keelboat -- (built for speed but not long distances) -- 20gp/per day. Fits 8 comfortably. Total cost if damaged or lost, 200gp
Long Ship -- (built for distance and speed, the fastest boat in his fleet, has 4 cabins in the lower deck for sleeping) -- 25gp/per day -- Fits 12 comfortabl. Total cost if damaged 500gp.
Infrastructure
Shipping and commerical ports, big and small. Lots of shopping including a grand trading center. 5 Great Pyramids dedicated to the 5 Leaders of the 5 Great kingdoms.
