The Painter, a strange and twisted being of unknown origin, was gathering followers and fanatics, forming his own cult. Eventually, his arrogance at it's peak, he and his followers began kidnapping people and trying to convert them. After a month of this, Ereshi the Crow and the rest of the Ajama sealed his entire town away in a planar barrier.
