Saffaya

Human-like shapeshifters, created through many years of horrible experimentation by a being known as The Painter. The Painter made many children, across all of Ku'Eza's early human-like species, and eventually created what they viewed as the "perfect" being, creatures capable of copying The Painter's own beauty.
In the wake of their liberation from The Painter, these shapeshifters called themselves The Saffaya, in honor of the first natural born of their kind who refused to worship The Painter.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Ku'a are innately magical, given their ability to shapeshift, however any true realization of their magical potential would need to be realized through other, non-biological methods.
