Lumiti
Settled in the ruins of an ancient cave city, the town of Lumiti is a religous and spiritual cornerstone of the southern coast of Kinte. What was once a city believed to be deep underground and protected on all sides is now a city built on the interior of a coastal cliffside. With the population of a small town living in the framework of a small city, Lumiti can sometimes feel like a labrynth, especially if someone accidentally stumbles into the ancient tunnel systems.
Lumiti is home to The Evergarden, as well as many strange crystals and gems, making it something of an archeological and arcane research hotspot, though the temple, which functions as the governing body of the city, limits the amount of researchers allowed here for safety and cultural reasons.

Government
Lumiti is a deeply religious town, as such the temple is the governing body. They don't do much in the way of daily tasks, though they do have a 25% tax on all business and institutions in town in order to fund trade with nearby farming towns to aquire food. They also have a different revenue arrangement in place for visitors, tourists, and people passing through in order to maintain the balance of their economy.
History
The people who stumbled upon and re-settled the city originally were elves, moon and sun elves to be specific. They established the town in the early 500s and waited out The Cataclysms. Stories say they were on the run from horrifying wolf-like beasts.
Points of interest
Lumiti holds within it's depths a place known as The Evergarden, a strange sort of demensional anomaly that connects to all of the known planes, even Sanctus. Some even believe it may hold an entrance to Hell.
