The Rona

Patron deity of the peoples of the Singing Wastes. Rona brought fire back to humanity during the Howling Winter and has since chosen to be the guiding hand of the people. Fires do burn out, however, and when that occurs you will need to rekindle the flame. As such, Rona does possess a mortal form that can die. When this occurs, Rona will reincarnate as an infant somewhere in the Kingdoms. There have been many avatars or Rona since the end of the Howling Winter of varying characteristics, however, there are a few constants. Rona has always had bright red or orange hair, brilliant golden eyes, and manifests the ability to use magic from a young age.
The Disciples of Rona oversee the locating and recovery of each successive incarnation of the Rona.

The Rona has memories dating back all the way to their original incarnation during the Howling Winter, though they are selective of what information they share with the world at large. Though they share memories, each Rona is also an individual with their own preferences and personality.
