Goddess of madness, Redmera's priesthood is often hidden. Those you can see are less of a concern than those you cannot.
One of the oldest gods, Redmera has been reborn since the very beginning. It is said she once had another name and purpose, but they have been lost to time. Rumour has it that one of her blessed knows her first name, but none will admit to it. 
Redmera inhabits the inner ward of the Eternal Hospital, and can be found there most of the time. about every 100-200 years, Redmera will slip her bonds and go walking on the surface of Pyroeis. During this time she will observe and interfere with events directly. Otrix will usually attempt to track her down, but Redmera only returns when she wants to, staying one step ahead of Otrix. From experience, the Purple Priesthood does not take sides in this conflict as even the most dedicated does not want to anger either goddess.
