The Gathering of the clans
On the first day of the year, all elves gather in the main building of the first city. They have several ceremonies that are held thier under the guidance of the high father, in the sight of the Gods. The day is to remind all six clans that although they are living apart, they are one in their origins.
The day consists of several ceremonies to show the changes in the different clans. The first is the baby ceromany- babies up to one years old are brought to the front to have thier magic locked by the high father to ensure that they can not use it until they are old enough to use it in a responsible way. That is diceded by the parents and teachers on an individual level, and the lock can be opened by the father that is in the clan.
The second is the adulthood ceremony. All elves that have turned eight teen come to the front one clan at a time and announce what path they have chosen to take in thier clan. This ceremony allows for elves from other clans to offer mentorship and work opportunities that may not be avalible in the clan that the new adult is a part of.
The third is the engagement ceremony. Each head of the clan invites the male members that have turned twenty to come forth with thier chosen bride. This ceremony allows for the clans to see who will be joining them as the wives follow the husbands upon marriage and become members of that clan.
The last one is the marriage ceremony. Each head of the clan invites the male members that have turned twenty-one to come forth with thier chosen bride. The head of the clan, checks their marriage agreement, and after aproving of it they are blessed by the High Father and their marriage is considered legal. Families may choes to wait a bit before making it official.
After the ceremonies, there is a big feast where all the elves mix around and have a fun afternoon of extendend family time. Then all the leaders gather infront of all the elves and promise to continue to lead with honesty and justice. then each family goes back to their home.

This all started after the splitting of the clans, as a way to keep the comunety together.
