Saint Frances Berger Picard
Founder of the Church of Man, a wanderer, studying ancient writings to learn the mysteries of Man. In her research near the modern day Labpark, she was able to recover the ancient arts of detecting the unseen. She took it upon herself to teach this ability to others, and the Church of Man was founded in order to pass the teachings of Man to all dogs.
