Matron of Seasons

In the land of Molba, people tell tales of the matron of seasons. She is an archfey of the Feywild, her form and abilities always in tune with the seasons of the world. Her presence heralded by the auroras that fill the sky each time the seasons change. She is a being both respected and feared equally. For while she tends to be kind to those who respect nature, the world and the fey. Any who fail to respect her or these things may find themselves caught by her wrath, swift and destructive as a literal force of nature.
It is said that long ago a being came to the world who threatened the balance of nature and so she left for the east to confront the threat. None know what occured in the battle, however what is known is that both beings were felled, having their essences bound to a weapon each. It is said though so strong of will was the Matron that she was able to form an essence of light and her emotions into a new body though one that always needed to be connected to the blade.
