The Lord of Sorrows

In the land of Mystria, people tell tales of the Lord of Sorrows. The tale is told of a being from the Shadowfell, some say they were one of the noble Shadar-kai, others that they were a powerful variation of the Sorrowsworn. What is known is that they became lost to the mists that covers the land keeping Mystria safe from the horrors of the Shadowlands. And the Lord grew more and more angry, eventually they became consumed by the anger being trapped in this place.
It is said that when the moon is hidden, and if you are travelling through the mists, if you come across a bridge beware. For if ghostlights appear at any point of your crossing you must run for the center of the bridge and surround yourself in a circle of salt or other purifying material or a material filled with life of the Feywild and pray to Luna for protection. But if the water does not flow beneath the bridge, your materials or prayers are not sufficient, or you try to flee, the Lord of Sorrows will find you and your will suffer his rage.
