Locathah

Found mostly in the Molban cities in and along the coast of the Undersea, with small enclaves in the coastal cities of the Kingdoms of Thalavis and Neoko. These resilient and proud fish-folk have endured war, division, and mistreatment at the hands of other aquatic creatures. The locathah were once part of a different folk but they left the goddess who made them, choosing to fight for the plane of Khinarzi and their denizens rather than the goddess who made them. Those who remained became the Kuo toa and a fierce blood enmity has existed between the two folk ever since.
Slightly less fierce an enmity is that between the locathah and the other children of their goddess Dasobektir and the aboleth who lead them as her generals and avatars since her imprisonment. The locathah along with the other sea folk continue the conflict with these forces, even if most on the land have forgotten about this.
The folk that became the locathah and kuo toa were originally made as servants and worshippers for Dasobektir. While the locathah chose to go against her they do still seem a very spiritual people many choosing to follow unlike most molbans the Twilight pantheon, some still even worship the Dawn pantheon as well.
