Far Horizon

The Stormbearer, The Great Sleeper

The ancient dragon Far Horizon sleeps at the very edge of the world. It is said when roused from its endless sleep it unleashes its rage, and with a great beat of its wings charged with the lightning that dances across its scales and the thunder of its roar, these are the greatest storms to fall across the land bringing great destruction, tragedy and ruin wherever it hits.
Like all dragons they are celestial in nature having arrived to Khinarzi during The Night of Fallen Dragons, they had been created by the gods as an agent to work their will in the multiverse. It is unknown which deities influenced its creation or if its abilities may have been granted by one of Khinarzi's deities or the Dark Lord. What is known is Far Horizons like many of these celestial dragons are far more powerful than most ancient dragons found on the plane today.
It is said one time it did awaken without causing a great storm, an ancient smith managed to wake the dragon and befriend it. As their friendship grew Far Horzons shared some knowledge to improve the smith's craft and as a gift the smith made for them a hammer, it is said this weapon was blessed by the dragon's magic during its forging charging it with a portion of the dragon's immence ruinous power.
