Akarta
The Time Wanderer, Blessed of Ioun, Master of the Cobalt Path, Teacher of Hidden Truths
The ancient dragon Akarta was blessed by the godess Ioun to see the paths of time and have her knowledge expanded with many of the great secrets of the world, for Akarta's curiosity was only outwayed by her kindness and desire to share and teach what she had learnt. Her consort is the ancient spider Jilnpivah.
Like all dragons she is celestial in nature having arrived to Khinarzi during The Night of Fallen Dragons, she had been created by the gods as an agent to work their will in the multiverse. Ioun cared not for directly effecting the plane of Khinarzi but more gathering knowledge about the plane. To this end she and Bahamut created Akarta, imbuing it with a portion of her power in order to aid her task. Atarka like many of these celestial dragons are far more powerful than most ancient dragons found on the plane today.
When not with her consort she is travelling the plane and the paths of time, sometimes she will ensure she is present at her lair built into the mountains to greet pilgrims who have come to her for knowledge and dispense it to them sometimes teaching them other secrets. She has been known to be a patron to wizards who specialise in time magic and seeking out hidden knowledge as well as certain monk groups in paths leaning towards the acumulation of knowledge.
