A planet that passes through the belt getting far and closer to the sun, in the "winter" (When it is far from the sun.) it is a planet of close knit kingdoms that band together for survival in the harsh cold. During the "summer", large bodies of water pool and the plants grow in abundance and generations born in these time make smaller groups taking as much as they personally can grab and being fickle.
