Qualifications

Prior to their elevation to this rank, the person must have held the rank of Legate .

Requirements

The title of dominar rarely shows up among the Darkriders. It is achieved by successfully uniting the notoriously fractured Darkrider armies.

Responsibilities

It's their job to coordinate the five factions. A dominar regularly holds council with the other legates.
