This wide brimmed cap has 1d4+1  1d4+1 peacock feathers. Each feather represents a charge, which can be expended, granting a +10 bonus to persuasion checks made while the user is negotiating the price of an item. After the charge is expended, the feather disappears. When all feathers disappear, the hat loses its magical qualities and reverts to a normal hat.
