As an action, this glass bottle can be uncorked to release 1d4 1d4 swarms of bees per round (the swarm of bees use the statblock the Swarm of Wasps). Each swarm contains a Queen, which can be identified with a DC 17 skill check (Animal Handling, Insight, Investigation, Nature, Survival, or Perception). The bees can be controlled by the animal friendship spell or similar magical effects, but otherwise the swarms do as they please, following their individual Queen. If the Queen is threatened, the Swarm becomes hostile, and if the Queen is identified and destroyed, it disperses after 1d4-1 1d4-1 rounds. The decanter can be used this way for a total of 1 minute per day (10 rounds), after which it appears empty of bees and must recharge, recharging each day at sunrise. 
If the decanter is shattered, its magic dissipates and it releases 2d4+2 2d4+2 Swarms of Bees without Queens, which are inherently hostile to all creatures within 60 ft. of where the decanter was shattered. These swarms remain for 1d12+1 1d12+1 rounds before dissipating.
