These bracers also function as a set of gauntlets. While wearing these bracers, an attuned user gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with unarmed strikes. While wearing these gauntlets, an attuned user can choose for their unarmed strikes can deal piercing rather than bludgeoning damage. When they strike, their arms seem to stretch and elongate like a striking snake, and they gain an additional 5 ft. of reach to their unarmed strike.
Additionally, as an action, an attuned user can pour a potion or poison into the bracer's compartment, storing it in a magical extradimensional space. Then, as an action, you can forego an attack to touch a willing creature and inject the potion or poison, or can inject an unwilling creature with it when they hit on a melee attack, dealing 1 point of piercing damage and injecting the poison or potion into the target.
Finally, when an attuned user scores a critical hit with these gauntlets, the target is also considered poisoned until the end of the attuned user's next turn.
