Blacksmith, tinkerer, and master of the forge, Tarmerdes is the owner of one of the largest forge and foundries in the city of Riverhaven, Tarmerdes' Treasures.  If it's rare, hard to find, or exotic, chances are, Tarmerdes has it.  He probably has two.
