Kepler City Council

The Kepler City Council is the primary movers and shakers in Kepler. Due to decreased tourism ever sense Snowshoe Resort opened in 1974 it has been constant compassion. Many different plans have been tried from water parks to a failed rock concert that was canceled due to bears. Nothing has worked and Kepler is loosing visitors and income. The council is now trying to push the nature aspect with trails, vistas, and wild life.

they have a fierce rivalry with Ned Chicane of The Cryptonomica, and The Lamp Lighter due to the Paranormal aspect they are pushing. The council thinks that the paranormal stuff will attract some tourists but it will also turn away others. Who might not come to Kepler due to seeing it as a phony paranormal tourist trap.
