Greenbrier River

Running past the entrench to Kepler and flowing from Mt. Reginald is the Greenbrier River, it is the first thing people see entering Kepler. Aside form maybe the Telescope. Spanned by a metal truss bridge it is the only way into Kepler aside from the Forest.

Rules
>A strict no fishing ban is enforced by the Forest Rangers.
>Boating does require a permit due to rapids.
>Ice skating has to be approved by a ranger check of the ice.
