Chief Wayne 'Duck' Newton

Head of the Kepler sector of the Monongahela Forest Rangers Duck Newton is the law man of Kepler. He is the chief ranger of his districts working with Juno Divine and Mike Charleston to keep the peace.

He is a nice man with a duty to the law, and to his fellow rangers. Usually serous, and somewhat awkward, people have a tendency to not take him seriously. Those people learn quickly. He becomes very determined and commanding when the situation gets tough. He is prepared to deal with any, well almost any, situation.

Trivia
>Duck is a self imposed nickname because he thinks Wayne is not a good name for a ranger. Why he thinks Duck is better is anyone's guess.
>He is terrible at lying, he also sucked at drama in high school so there may be some connection.
