Aura of Fear (1/Day): As an action, the boss exudes an aura of dread for 1 minute. Each enemy creature within 15 feet of the boss must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for the duration. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn. Dirty Fighting: When the boss hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, they can force the target to make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the creature is blinded until the end of its next turn (e.g., through thrown sand or a cheap trick). Commanding Presence (Recharge 5–6): As a bonus action, the boss shouts an order to a goon. One goon within 30 feet can immediately take an extra action.
