A crescent-shaped wave of moonlight infused with Tsukuyomi’s power sweeps out from your hands. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d8 radiant damage and 2d8 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Undead and fiends have disadvantage on the saving throw.
