A wave of crescent-shaped energy surges forward, dealing 6d10 radiant damage and 6d10 necrotic damage to creatures in a 60-foot cone. Each creature must make a Constitution saving throw, taking full damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one. Those who fail are blinded for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the blindness on a success.
