  •   You conjure a flickering mote of spectral flame that hovers at a point you choose within range. The flame emits dim light in a 10-foot radius and can float up to 30 feet on your turn as a bonus action. If a hostile creature starts its turn within 5 feet of the flame, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its turn. The flame is harmless and does not deal damage.
