You unleash a torrent of soulfire that engulfs a 120-foot-radius area centered on a point within range. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 20d8 fire and psychic damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. The area becomes filled with spectral souls that rise and attack hostile creatures, dealing an additional 8d6 necrotic damage per turn for 1 minute.
